Quantum Medicine Association dates back to 1991, when the Humanitarian Information Technology Design and Production Company, now known as the joint-stock company "MILTA-PKP GIT", was set up at Russia's worldwide-known space instrument engineering center, Special Design Bureau of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. At present, "MILTA-PKP HIT" is a leading quantum medicine center. The Association integrates over 50 companies, enterprises and organizations that are its constituents or collaborators.

Der Autor veröffentlichte mehr als 80 wissenschaftliche Artikel, Monografien, und populärwissenschaftliche Bücher „Das Konzept der Vorlesungen nach der Informations-Wellentherapie“ (2006), „Antidogma der Medizin“. Die biologische Begründung des neuen medizinischen Paradigmas (2006), „IWT – die heilsame Welle” u. a.
Er wurde mit dem Diplom der Föderation der Raumfahrt UDSSR und russischer Föderation, den Medaillen Kondratjuk und Gagarin ausgezeichnet. Ebenso ist er Preisträger der internationalen Prämie UAW "für die hervorragenden Entwicklungen im Menschheitsprogress", die silberne Medaille Platon. Ins Buch der "500 einflussreichen Persönlichkeiten" eingetragen.
