QUANTUM MEDICINE ASSOCIATION
Quantum Medicine Association dates back to 1991, when the Humanitarian Information Technology Design and Production Company, now known as the joint-stock company "MILTA-PKP GIT", was set up at Russia's worldwide-known space instrument engineering center, Special Design Bureau of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. At present, "MILTA-PKP GIT" is a leading quantum medicine center. The Association integrates over 50 companies, enterprises and organizations that are its constituents or collaborators.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION
Major areas of the Association's activity are:
implementation of non-drug, environmentally clean, non-invasive, painless diagnostic and therapeutic methods in the medical practice;
development of equipment for quantum medicine;
manufacture of quantum medicine equipment;
development of effective methodologies of quantum therapy and diagnosis;
sales promotion;
organization of medical-diagnostic centers;
educational and information work for implementation of quantum therapies in the medical practice;
training courses;
compilation and publication of guidelines on quantum medicine and educational books.
EDUCATION
Part of the Association's work is medical, educational and training activities. The Association annually convenes conferences of physicians and specialists in quantum medicine. The conferences are attended by Russian and foreign scientists and physicians. Conference reports confirm the high effectiveness of the equipment manufactured by the Association for use in treatment of broad spectrum of diseases. The Academy of Postgraduate Education based at MILTA-PKP-GIT company monthly hold the training courses in laser and extremely high-frequency therapy, electroacupuncture diagnosis and therapy based on R.Voll's method. Since 1990, over 3,000 physicians in different specialities from Russia's regions, the CIS-countries and abroad have been through postgraduate training at the education and methodology center of MILTA-PKP GIT.
RESEARCH
The Association develops new medical technologies on the basis of extensive research and methodological activities.
"MILTA-PKP GIT" initiated the foundation of the International Center for Quantum Medicine to coordinate research, medical and preventive activities of specialists and organizations working with the latest technologies of quantum therapy and diagnosis.

Our representatives work in many regions of Russia, CIS countries and abroad. Cooperation is based on Agreements that stipulate mutually beneficial conditions for both parties.

International Doctors' Association of Information-Wave Therapy (IDA IWT)
International public organization IDA IWT is registered by the Ministry Justice of Ukraine.
A constituent conference took place in November 1999 with 200 doctors taking part in it.
The main aim of Association's activity is to unite doctors of information-wave therapy for promotion and wide implementation on the territory of Ukraine and other states of a new medical course - information-wave therapy, representing the interests and rights protection of its members.
Association renders assistance in implementation of non-drugs Ukrainian technology of world scale in close collaboration with state, medical and other organizations, contributes to strengthening of Ukraine's significance in the field of public health by means of advertising and propagation of achievements of Ukrainian medicine, as well as establishing and stabilizing of social-economic, scientific, cultural, educational contacts between Ukraine and foreign states.
Scientific-research Institution "Institute of Information-Wave Technologies"(SRI IIWT)
Institute of Information-Wave Technologies is a private scientific-research institution.
It carries out scientific-investigation and scientific-implementation work on application of information-wave technologies in agriculture (medicine, biotechnology, agriculture, bioinformation, etc.)
Together with its partners the Institute organizes scientific-production cooperation aimed at financial development and sucessful business, offers ready-made business projects for their implementation.

It is aimed at implementation and promotion of the trade names are: "Matrix-IWT", "Home Doctor", "Drugstore in the Pocket", "Wave Massager" - devices of domestic use of selfhelp and prophylactic at before doctor's examination stage.

Forschung und Entwicklung.
Fundamentale Forschung Herz- Kreislauf diagnostik, hämodynamik in das Cardiocode-Programm von einer Gruppe von Wissenschaftlern - New Russische University.
Die Wissenschaftlern, die am Institut tätig sind, haben nach dreißig Jahren der Arbeit hervorragende Ergebnisse erzielt – sie haben die wissenschaftliche Entdeckung Nr. 290 vom 31. August 2005 “Gesetzmäßigkeit der Verbreitung der Wellen des arteriellen Blutdrucks in den Blutgefäßen in den Bereichen der lokalen Steigerung der Impedanz” registriert.
Der Erfolg ist um so bedeutender, denn diese Entdeckung erlaubt zum ersten Mal durch eine indirekte metrologische Methode den arteriellen Blutdruck zu messen. Phantastische Leistung einer bescheidener Tätigkeit, die 30 Jahre lang gedauert hat!
Die Produkte von Patenten für Erfindungen und industrielle Muster geschützt sind.
